crockpot shredded beef tacos

Cooking Time:  5-6 hours on high heat/ 7-8 hours on low heat




  • Grass Feed Chuck Roast

  • 1 box Gluten Free Organic Beef Broth

  • 1 tsp Salt & Pepper

  • 1 tsp Rosemary, Thyme & Oregano

  • 1 Clove Garlic




  1. Pour Beef Broth in Crockpot and dip Roast in it.

  2. Remove Roast and Season both sides place back in pot.

  3. Mince Garlic Clove and place on top of the Roast.

  4. Cover and cook in crockpot about 6 hours on low or until it pulls apart easily with a fork.

  5. Shred Meat with forks when done


I serve this on my Paleo Flour Tortillas with lettuce, pico de gallo and guacamole. It is also good in a bowl with grain free tortilla chips.
