Grain Free Stuffing


  • 1 loaf of Grain Free Bread ( my Grain Free Bread Recipe with the addition of 1 tsp of garlic powder, thyme and rosemary)

  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup butter, ghee or coconut oil with butter flavoring

  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped

  • 4 stalks celery, thinly sliced

  • 1 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves

  • 1/2 tsp ground sage

  • 1/2 tsp rosemary

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 2 cups chicken broth


  1.  Cut bread into 1 inch pieces.

  2. In a large Dutch Oven over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and celery and cook until the onion is soft and translucent.

  3. Stir in thyme, sage rosemary, sea salt and pepper.

  4. Add bread cubes and mix until until evenly coated,

  5. Drizzle broth over the bread mixture and toss until well mixed.

  6. Bake in a well greased 2.5 art casserole dish at 350 degrees  for 35-45 minutes.
