Grilled asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of asparagus

  • 1 TBSP avocado oil

  • sea salt

  • garlic powder

  • steak seasoning

Directions:

  1. Cut off ends of asparagus about 3 inches up from the bottom or to where the white part starts to turn green,

  2. wash and dry.

  3. Drizzle avocado oil over the asparagus making sure to coat each piece.

  4. Sprinkle with seasoning.

  5. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to a medium-high heat.

  6. Grill asparagus for 5-7 minutes or till tender and you can see grill marks.

  7. Serve hot!
