Paleo Mocha Coffe Creamer
In a small sauce pan heat coconut cream and chocolate chips together.
Add in the 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
Turn off heat and mix together with an immersion blender or transfer to a traditional blender, mix for about 1 minute.
Transfer to a mason jar and store in the fridge.
** Store for up to one week in fridge. Creamer will thicken when it completely cools.
