Teriyaki beef skewers
Ingredients:

2 lbs. grass freed top sirloin steak

¾ Cup Coconut sugar
-
½ Cup Coconut Aminos
-
¼ Cup Pineapple juice
-
¼ Cup Water
-
1/8 Cup Coconut Oil
-
1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
-
1 Red &Yellow bell pepper cut into 1-2 inch squares

Fresh Pineapple chunks
Directions:
-
Slice the beef into 1 ½-2 inch wide strips.

Whisk brown sugar, coconut aminos, pineapple juice, water, coconut oil and garlic together
-
Pour marinade into a large zip lock bag and drop beef, bell peppers and onion into the mixture and marinate in refrigerator for 4-6 hours.

Remove all ingredients from bag and thread onto skewers including the pineapple chunks.
