Teriyaki beef skewers


  • 2 lbs. grass freed top sirloin steak

  • ¾ Cup Coconut sugar

  • ½ Cup Coconut Aminos

  • ¼ Cup Pineapple juice

  • ¼ Cup Water

  • 1/8 Cup Coconut Oil

  • 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped

  • 1 Red &Yellow bell pepper cut into 1-2 inch squares

  • Fresh Pineapple chunks




  1. Slice the beef into 1 ½-2 inch wide strips.

  2. Whisk brown sugar, coconut aminos, pineapple juice, water, coconut oil and garlic together

  3. Pour marinade into a large zip lock bag and drop beef, bell peppers and onion into the mixture and marinate in refrigerator for 4-6 hours.

  4. Remove all ingredients from bag and thread onto skewers including the pineapple chunks.
