If we give our bodies the wrong materials then we can become undernourished, unhealthy and develop disease.


With the creation of this website I strive to bring you clear, easy recipes and actionable insights to help you eat whole foods and live a lifestyle that will help you regain or maintain good health and feel great! In addition, I will share life changing supplements and products that helped in my healing process. By sharing my personal journey, I hope to motivate and encourage positive changes in your life.

I believe that grain and sugar are the root causes of chronic pain and inflammation. Inflammation is the cause of many diseases. That is why all of my recipes are free of refined sugar, gluten free, grain free and contain little to no dairy. 


All of our bodies react differently to various foods which is why I don't believe that one diet or way of eating fits all. What works for me may not work for you. Throughout your journey I encourage you to listen to your body, pay close attention to your symptoms and do what feels right for you.
