Grain free Chocolate chip muffins
Makes: 24 Muffins

Ingredients:

3 3/4 cups almond flour
-
1 1/2TBSP ground flax seed
-
1 1/2 TBSP ground chia seed
-
4 1/2 tsp grain free baking powder (Pamela's is grain free)
-
3 tsp ground cinnamon
-
2 tsp organic vanilla powder
-
1 tsp sea salt
-
1 1/2 cup organic apple sauce
-
1 cup melted or liquid organic coconut oil
-
1 cup organic maple syrup
-
3 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line muffin tin.

Mix together almond flour, flax seed, chia seed, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.

Add in apple sauce, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
-
Fold in chocolate chips.
-
Fill muffin tins and bake for 30 minutes.
